RESULTS: $334,000+ income in 12 months. All either new donors, new fundraising initiatives or new grant sources.
PROJECT: ANNUAL REPORT
TASKS: Edited document for voice, flow and content, wrote sections.
ART DIRECTION: Designed layout for the 14-page document.

TASKS: Developed appeal theme and colors. Wrote appeal letters. Created layout, mailing elements, list updates and set calendar.

PROJECT: GIVING DAYS
TASKS: Art for all channels and unselfies. Wrote press releases, wrote and created all online content. Manage giving days live all day on all Social Media platforms and client website. Creating dynamic content throughout the day, based on trends.
RESULTS: For the second year in a row we increased donor and member engagement on social media through #unselfie’s and the sharing aspect of the event. Marked viral Social Media spread. Secured opportunity to donate to NAMI-CT while spending money at a retailer, new revenue stream. All Giving Days increased social media spread and metrics and increased programming exposure for affiliates.

PROJECT: GRANTS
TASKS: Logic Model Creation, Mission Match (TM), Researched and identified 21 new grant opportunities, Editing.
RESULTS: $229,000 in grant funding secured. $30,000 in–kind consulting-- design and IT programming for a client from outside agents. Additional $85,000+ in process for same client.
PROJECT: WALK 2016
Corporate Sponsor/Partner List Development/Affiliate Engagement
TASKS: Researched target market to identify companies in the state through our Mission Match ™ process. Produced targeted hit list, 110 companies for WALK Corporate Sponsorship. Setup visual metric and data formula, wrote the sponsorship letter (corporate and affiliate) with custom messaging for each segment and created the follow-up plan.
RESULTS 2014: In 2014 33% response rate off the list produced.

PROJECT: STATE CONFERENCE
TASK: Re-message.
ART DIRECTION: Oversaw and reworked the art direction, messaging and theme for event branding for registration and registration website, social media and publicity.
TARGETED REGISTRATION OUTREACH: Researched and provided targeted HIT LIST for community outreach efforts, list created and provided contact info the same day—SOLD OUT DAYS LATER.

TASKS: Coached, Designed & Developed 3 Websites.
2014 NON-PROFIT DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT: Reworked Annual Appeal.
RESULTS: Tripled Annual Appeal income from the year before; 300% increase in donors; Social Media metrics above industry standards; Website Metrics increasing monthly, with over 2000 unique visitors each month, each visitor staying on the site and visiting multiple pages, time spent on website above web standards.
PROJECT ELEMENTS: Introduced 5 new income stream elements to the campaign, elements of each will extend benefits to the organization throughout the year. Social Media, Website, Webinars, Mailing Content Creation/Design/Copy, Collateral Design (7 elements for each different market segment), Vendor Selection and Management, Press Releases, Created Messaging.
PROJECT: Income Stream Development
RESULT: 16 new Income streams; Organizational Assessment secured and completed for Board & Staff at no cost; (2) grant invitations, one for operational support; Secured IT Design work for client at no cost (Approx. $2500 annual savings); Vetted three professionals to complete strategic, design and operational planning projects for less than $4000 (Saving over $40,000).

ART DIRECTOR: Design concept, color, layout. Secured and worked with a designer to finalize designs specified in the needed formats. Secured a 50% cost reduction for the client.
PROJECT: NEW WEBSITE DESIGN
RESULT: Mobile friendly, new/fresh look, more engaging. Top tier metrics for unique visitors, time spend on website and pages viewed. Corporations, grant funders, partners, donors and affiliates were very pleased to see the updated look. The staff has found the platform easy to self-monitor and edit. Engagement buttons have increased organizations lists.
