Initial Art Director for Brand

Task:  Design and develop a complete branding package for a new organic coffee roaster in Fairfield County.  Included all design elements, layout and colors for its business launch in three distinct areas: online, in-store and wholesale marketing.

Solution:  Selected a paper bag for the organic product it was to be sold in. Designed a multi-layered logo with half-tones and a deep sable brown as its main color element.  Selected different hand fonts to give an established feel to the brand.  Included multiple design elements--old style brackets, multiple fonts, design layouts and colors to highlight the different coffee roasts and regions and promotional materials (business cards, wholesale menu, website, product labels, etc.) to draw in the consumer.   Designed the wholesale menu in a dynamic yet old school matter.  Chose to round the edge of one side of the business cards to stand out at promotional events and in a Rolodex (yes, I still use one!) or on a bulletin board.

Results:  Brand has been winning awards since it's launch in 2013.
